This privacy policy (the “Policy”) has been prepared to inform you of the practices and conditions under which Woodster coffee collects, uses and retains your personal data (the “Data”).


Here you will find the various Data that we may collect and process or that you may transmit to us when you access and/or use our website.


In view of the constant evolution of laws and regulations relating to technology and the protection of personal data, this Policy is likely to be updated.


If you have subscribed to the newsletter of this Site, you will be informed of any changes by e-mail. If any of the clauses of this Policy should be declared invalid or contrary to regulations, it will be deemed unwritten but will not invalidate the other clauses of this Policy.


This Policy applies to Data collected :

  • Via the website ;
  • Via e-mails exchanged between Woodster Srl and you or any other electronic messaging tool;

  • When you subscribe to the Site’s Newsletter (the “Newsletter”).

When you visit without registering (login or otherwise) on a secure site, Woodster Srl does not collect any personal data.
 We collect information only when you register on our site, log in to your account, make a purchase, enter a contest, and/or log out.
Woodster Srl may record certain information for statistical, administrative or site improvement purposes, without revealing any personal data or identifying any individual visitor.


In summary, we may collect the following Data:

  • Your e-mail address will be requested if you wish to create a user account, communicate with us via the contact forms and/or receive our Newsletter;

3. Data confidentiality

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. Your personal information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason, without your consent, other than as necessary to fulfill a request and/or transaction, such as to ship an order.


4. Data retention period

Woodster Srl only retains your Data for the period of time necessary for the purposes set out in Article 2. This retention period is not the same depending on the Data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this period. Similarly, certain legal obligations impose a specific retention period. When you subscribe to the Newsletter, we keep your e-mail address until you unsubscribe.


When you contact Woodster Srl via the various contact forms, e-mail or telephone, your data will be retained for up to five (5) years from the last contact. In relation to your user account, your billing information will be retained for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. The rest of your data will be kept for five (5) years from the date of your request to deactivate your user account. Your credit card details, for all purchases, will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the date of debit, in the event of any disputes regarding the transaction. If you so request, your user account on the Site will be deactivated and then completely deleted at the end of the above-mentioned periods from the day on which you made the request.


Lastly, the Data collected by means of cookies or tracers will be kept for up to six (6) months in the case of cookies or tracers measuring the audience and up to thirteen (13) months in the case of the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your Data will be anonymised and retained exclusively for statistical purposes.


5. Protection of personal data
